Accepted abstracts are eligible to apply for grants to reduce registration fees.
Registration fee includes the following:

Conference kit

Tea/coffee/snacks twice a day

Lunch every day

Dinner at opening ceremony and closing ceremony

Access to all the pavilions and social events
Participants planning to bring accompanying person are required to inform the organizers by 10th June 2023. They will have to register onsite with cash and will be charged as per their exact schedule of participation.
For those of you interested in one or two days of participation are also required to inform by 10th June and would be charged onsite with cash as per the exact schedule of participation.
